The Arcade theme is now a playlist. So far a single file played there on a continuous loop. Now it’s two tracks (2:24 and 2:50) that alternate and start over after the second one — a good five minutes before anything repeats.
- A theme is now a list, not a single file. The menu and the arena are one-track lists and behave exactly as before: they loop seamlessly, without the brief gap a restart would otherwise cause each time around.
- Loading happens track by track. Music starts as soon as the first track is ready; the next one is already being fetched at the start so the handoff doesn’t stall. If a fetch is already running, it’s reused instead of started a second time.
- A stopped theme no longer restarts itself. A stray internal signal used to fire even when a theme was being force-stopped; a run marker per theme now decides whether a finished track is even allowed to advance to the next one.
- If the Arcade theme fails to load, the Orbit track still plays there instead — and without any file at all, the synth loop remains the fallback.
