v0.85.1

Three bugs that only became visible once real data was analyzed.

The leaderboard showed the old state for up to a minute after a flight. It’s cached briefly to keep it fast — and that’s exactly when players check it. A completed flight that qualifies for the leaderboard now clears its mode from the cache immediately. Progress snapshots don’t do this, or the cache would be pointless.

Ship level and weapon cap in telemetry were the values from after the flight, not during it. Flight XP gets credited before the telemetry packet is built, but the wasted-level-up counter tracks against the cap that was active during the flight. Data ended up showing things like “cap 13, reached 9, yet 20 rolls wasted” — unreadable, and exactly the wrong answer to the question the counter exists to answer. Both values are now locked in at the moment the flight ends.

Test sessions were sending their measurements in as real flights. Debug mode runs the game in fast-forward; a few such sessions ended up in the database as things like “48 minutes on wave 1, zero kills.” Debug sessions no longer submit data at all.
